Super G1 Chucks - Ultra High Precision Collet Chucks









• Product Introduction

Ultra High Precision
  • Super G1 Chuck guarentees the whole integrated runout accuracy, while the runout accuracy of other conventional tooling collets is only for the collet independent.
  • For YUKIWA Super G1 Chucks, the utmost severest runout is pursued on the holder, lock-nut and collet. This severe quality control has enabled guranteeing the world-first 5um as an integrated accuracy of whole collet chuck, the accuracy that users have long required.
Super Rigidty Super Grip Force
  • Besides the precision, the gripping force and the rigidity are also indispensable for high speed and high efficient cutting.
  • This high rigidity is realized by minimizing collet's protrusion from the holder and also by increasing the wall thickness of the collet insertion hole of the holder.
  • The grip force is increased by 1.5 times compared to that of our YCC collet, making this Super G1 Chuck suitably function even for the high speed machining work by the end-mill.
Super Balancing
  • Balancing is another indispensable factor for high speed cutting work.
  • The over-all surface grinding from the V-flange's face to the holder's neck brings forth the high balancing, enabling even the standard model to be used for a high rotation machining up to 25,000 RPM.
Safety
  • Usually the steel balls in the lock-nut are screw plugged not to fall out.
  • Our lock-nut has an additional safety cover, made of steel, press fitted on the outer circumference with its edges caulked in and, thus safely usable in high rotation work.
Setting
Simple and Ensured On-Off Collet
 
  • Only by pushing the collet(1) in A direction, the collet will be set in the lock-nut (2). Removing of the collet is only to pull the collet in B direction. No jigs are required.
  • How to set the tool on the chuck: Put the collet (1) in the lock-nut (2) set the lock-nut + collet on the holder insert the tool into the collet (1) fasten the lock-nut (2)
Optional

Super G1 Chucks for oil-coolant drills available on order-make.
  • By using a coolant-sealing back-up screw, the chuck can be used in maching center having spindle thru coolant holders.
Spindle Thru Coolant Type

 

  • This coolant-sealing back-up screw, is applicable for tools having the hole diameter more than 5mm.

Warning: BT Flange holders and CAT-V Flange holders differ in their basic dimensions and are not inter-changeable. Failure to use holders of correct configuration to the specifications of the machine tool can cause the holder to slip from the grip of the ATC, which can result in serious personal injuries.
Caution: Never touch the main spindle, the tool holder nor the tool itself when the holder is rotating or being mounted to the spindle, regardless of cutting work being performed or not.
Warning: All of our Super G1 Chucks are made with special steels, hardened by heat-treatment and surface-finished by grinding. Care should be taken in handling so as not to drop on oneself or others, thus causing possible injury.
